Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Developers to join our collaborative Cardiff-based team. You'll work closely with designers, backend developers and product managers to build and maintain modern, user-friendly web applications with a strong focus on React.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using React.
• Work closely with team members across design and backend to deliver great user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Contribute to code reviews and best practice discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance or usability issues.
• Take a lead role in technical decision-making, mentor junior team members and help shape our frontend architecture.

Qualifications
Essential

• Solid knowledge of React and modern JavaScript.
• Professional experience (4+ years).
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.

Desirable / Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Laravel knowledge or full-stack skills (e.g. PHP, Go or Node.js).
• Familiarity with automated testing or CI/CD pipelines.
