Sartre Group in London is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to work on its core trading and execution platform. You will build and own front-to-back systems, spanning Java backend and React/TypeScript frontend, used directly by traders and portfolio managers.

The role emphasizes 4+ years of software experience with strong Java and frontend skills, ideally with electronic trading, OMS/EMS, FIX, or order routing background.

Qualifications

• Around 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Java is important, alongside credible React/TypeScript experience.
• Background in electronic trading, OMS/EMS, FIX, order routing or similar front-office trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve electronic trading and execution systems covering order flow, routing, broker connectivity and execution workflows.
• Develop trading applications used by the front office.
• Collaborate with traders and senior technology stakeholders, taking ownership of production systems.
