Job Description:

Are you interested in working with a data science team and gaining exposure to complex datasets?

At this commodities trading firm, you will collaborate directly with trading teams to optimize trading models and develop cloud-native analytics platforms.

This platform supports all analytics for the trading desk. You will partner with Data Science and Trading teams to understand requirements and implement solutions into production.

Your main responsibility is to develop analytic systems. You will also utilize analytics and visualization tools, and bring new ideas and tools to improve the platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Python developer with strong AWS application development skills, particularly with a focus on data.

Experience in a front office role within a financial company, preferably in commodities, is required. Additional experience with Snowflake and Terraform is a plus.

You will have the opportunity to develop new tools and models and see the impact of your work. The salary is up to £150,000 plus a bonus of 30-40%. Benefits include medical, dental, retirement, and life insurance, among others.
