Business Unit Mission:

M3 Global Research, an M3 company, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to develop complex applications in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate understands software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, object-oriented design, and best practices. Responsibilities include system design, coding, performance improvement, collaboration, and testing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and deliver scalable solutions using modern web technologies.
2. Develop, release, monitor, and improve systems while fostering accountability.
3. Promote best practices and development processes within the team.
4. Participate in Agile ceremonies like stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
5. Provide status updates to stakeholders, communicating progress and challenges.
6. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver quality applications.
7. Own assigned deliverables, ensuring iterative delivery aligned with Agile principles.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Expertise in React, Next.js, and Angular frameworks.
• Strong TypeScript skills for building maintainable applications.
• Knowledge of responsive, mobile-first design with CSS3, HTML5, and modern styling techniques.
• Experience with CSS libraries like Material UI and Angular Material.
• Designing and implementing reusable, scalable UI components.
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx).
• Proficiency in testing tools such as Jest and Cypress.
• Experience with Git for version control.
