Job summary

Speechmatics is seeking a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to own end-to-end feature development for our user platform. You’ll shape the user experience from ideation to shipping, and iterate based on real user feedback and analytics.

You’ll work with designers, PMs and backend engineers, run A/B tests, use Mixpanel to surface insights, write robust UI tests, and engage with customers to understand adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience driving UX decisions independently.
• Hands-on frontend development with iterative delivery.
• A/B testing and feature experimentation experience.
• Familiarity with user analytics tools like Mixpanel.

Responsibilities

• Own product features from ideation to delivery, contributing to UX thinking and frontend execution.
• Make UX/UI decisions independently in collaboration with designers and PMs.
• Design and run A/B tests to validate product decisions and surface insights.
• Use analytics to understand user interactions and feed learning back into development.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, PMs, and designers to ship impactful features.
• Write and maintain robust UI tests and ensure quality in production.
• Run user interviews and understand how people use the product and what drives adoption.
