Model ML is seeking an experienced Front-End Engineer to own the front-end craft and shape the user experience across our product. You will report to the Head of Engineering, based in London.

Model ML runs a genuinely full-stack engineering culture and every engineer ships UI. You’ll define patterns, performance, and the design system, and mentor peers while delivering end-to-end features in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end experience with strong fundamentals and curiosity about broader tech.
• Deep TypeScript experience and ability to explain under-the-hood decisions.
• Experience beyond React/Next.js and capability to justify trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own the front-end architecture and pattern library for the team.
• Set guidelines and review gates to keep generated code consistent.
• Maintain performance across dense, data-heavy views with live data.
• Lead end-to-end feature delivery from UI to production support.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for front-end practices.
