Job Purpose

We are setting up a new team to support our platform and are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join early, actively participating in designing and implementing a new greenfield web app frontend for the platform.

We require a highly skilled frontend engineer with proven experience creating complex rich internet applications using ReactJS. You should have a structured approach and recognize the importance of good system architecture and design to meet high standards.

Job Duties

1. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code that meets project requirements.
2. Debug and resolve software issues, including fixing bugs and optimizing performance.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Designers, Testers, Project Managers, and Product Owners to deliver high-quality software.
4. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
5. Implement and follow software development processes, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
6. Stay updated with new technologies and methods, applying this knowledge to improve development processes.
7. Document software design, code, and test procedures.
8. Participate in estimating software development projects.
9. Engage with customers and end-users to gather requirements and provide support.
10. Contribute to technical documentation, including user manuals and help systems.
11. Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role on comparable systems.
• Expertise in ES2015.
• Proven experience with ReactJS.
• Experience writing middlewares in Node.js.
• Use of build tools, especially Webpack.
• Unit and functional testing experience is a plus.
• CSS pre-processing with Sass.
• Any .NET experience is highly advantageous.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture.
• Experience in the gaming industry is a significant advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hardworking, eager to learn new skills.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Interest in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
