About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to join our SaaS product development team, reporting to development manager and working in agile team. In this role, you will design and implement modern, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces for our platform, ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. You will work closely with product owners, other frontend developers, and back-end developers to bring features from concept to production, while mentoring junior engineers and championing front-end best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of responsive, high-performance, and maintainable front-end features for our SaaS platform.
• Architect reusable and scalable components using React and TypeScript.
• Implement pixel-perfect, accessible designs using CSS/SASS and modern UI practices.
• Maintain and improve vanilla JavaScript code.
• Integrate front-end components with APIs and back-end services.
• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and help set technical direction for the front-end team.
• Monitor and optimize application performance and loading speed.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to our tech stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Expert in TypeScript, React, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with CSS/SASS and responsive design.
• Solid understanding of front-end architecture, component design.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility best practices.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with JSP and Java for hybrid or legacy system integration.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).
