Citi is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer (React, TypeScript) to join a greenfield FX Options Pricing program on a multi-year path. You will shape trading interfaces, collaborate with quants and traders, and drive modern UI solutions in a global team.

The role emphasizes high-performance web UI, real-time data handling, and ongoing improvement of development and deployment practices, with a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Advanced, hands-on experience in UI/UX development using React and TypeScript.
• Experience with real-time data handling via REST APIs, WebSockets, or middleware.
• Proficiency in modern software engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, resiliency, performance profiling, and telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a state-of-the-art electronic FX Options Trading Platform, including RFQ workflows for clients and sales-to-trader interactions.
• Develop real-time pricing engines and displays for streaming data.
• Work with a global team of developers, quants, and traders to translate complex requirements into robust solutions.
• Leverage TypeScript and React to create high-performance, scalable UIs with strong UX.
• Contribute to CI/CD, testing processes, and mentor other developers.
