Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for Global Fraud Analytics to protect the platform from evolving threats and to drive AI-first analytics culture. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, design multi-agent AI workflows, and build dashboards in Looker/Tableau to reveal insights for senior stakeholders across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics within e-commerce, fintech, or payment processing environments.
• Proven capability to orchestrate multi-agent AI systems and automate data analysis workflows.
• Specialized knowledge of fraud typologies including chargebacks, payment fraud, and promotional abuse.
• Technical proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and advanced visualization tools like Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets using SQL and AI tools to detect payment fraud, voucher abuse, and emerging typologies.
• Design and coordinate multi-agent AI ecosystems to automate end-to-end fraud detection.
• Mentor colleagues to transform manual workflows into automated AI pipelines.
• Establish robust quality control guardrails and sanity checks on all automated outputs.
• Conceptualize AI models to test fraud rules and simulate vulnerabilities to improve platform security.
• Design, implement, and monitor fraud rules to minimize financial loss while maintaining customer experience.
• Create Looker/Tableau dashboards and AI-enhanced reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Agile teams using Jira to prioritize sprint deliverables and manage AI-driven integration projects.
