We’re seeking a strategic Senior Franchisee Training Coach to lead and expand our training and development across our sushi franchise network, including franchise-operated locations and corporate kiosks. Your role will be crucial in ensuring franchise partners and PAC teams deliver exceptional food, operations, and customer service. You will design training programs, coach trainers, and embed brand standards to shape our teams’ success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and deliver training across our franchise network and PAC kiosks, including onboarding new franchise partners and teams.
• Provide structured training on sushi operations, food safety, team leadership, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to create and improve training materials aligned with brand goals.
• Support new openings, relaunches, and deliver coaching during critical trading periods.
• Mentor Franchisee Training Coaches and support PAC kiosk managers and teams.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Identify skill gaps, design targeted training, and track outcomes to improve performance.
