We are seeking a strategic Senior Franchisee Training Coach to lead and expand our training and development across our sushi franchise network, including franchise-operated locations and retail kiosks. Your role will involve designing impactful training programs, coaching trainers, and ensuring brand standards are upheld to support our teams' success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training across our franchise network and kiosks, including onboarding new franchise partners and PAC teams.
• Ensure operational readiness, food safety, and quality standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to improve training programs.
• Support new openings and critical trading periods with coaching and guidance.
• Mentor Franchisee Training Coaches, kiosk managers, and teams.
• Focus on food safety, hygiene, and product quality.
• Identify skill gaps and design targeted training to improve performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Food, and Marketing to keep training aligned with business priorities.
• Track training outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
