Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer - Applications to join our San Jose team. You will engage with Tier-1 customers, provide advanced FPGA/SoC design support, and help define software and hardware design flows.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field; MS preferred.
• Extensive FPGA/SoC design and debugging experience.
• Strong embedded processor and software debug skills.

Responsabilités

• Engage with tier-1 customers and field teams for design/debug support.
• Demonstrate advanced FPGA/SoC timing-closure techniques and reference designs.
• Lead cross-functional BU teams to improve solutions and drive product proposals.
