Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead FP&A across the group, owning budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for 227 practices. You will partner with the Deputy CFO, CFO and senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable financial outcomes.

Formación

• Proven experience leading budgeting and forecasting for large groups.
• Strong FP&A, management accounting and board reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgeting, reforecasting, and long-range planning.
• Own Group P&L and executive reporting.
• Develop robust financial models and performance insights.
• Lead a small FP&A team and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
