Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners Group is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner in Northampton to partner with FP&A, Operations and Support functions. You will deliver commercial financial analysis, model planning, and drive performance improvements.

You will report to the Deputy CFO and interact with senior leaders. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong Excel, analytical skills, and the ability to influence decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA or CIMA accreditation.
• Strong Excel skills with ability to build complex models.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in cross-functional business partnering and finance planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective business partnering to areas of the business and challenge performance.
• Review commercial performance and support planning with financial analysis.
• Produce timely finance information and MI for central projects.
• Lead budgeting processes with non-finance managers and provide data-driven insights.

# Senior Finance Business Partner## Job IntroductionSenior Finance Business Partner Location: Support Centre, Northampton At Rodericks Dental Partners, Your Smile Matters Too. We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the FP&A Team and deliver effective partnering to specific areas of the business. Reporting into the Deputy Chief Financial Officer this role also has regular exposure CFO as well as senior managers from Operations and Support functions. What you’ll be doing * Deliver effective Business Partnering to specific areas of the business whilst providing commercial support and challenge that drives financial performance* Responsibility for the reviewing commercial performance* Support business planning by providing financial analysis and modelling* Identify and measure key success drivers* Support decision making with data and insight* Responsible for providing accurate and timely finance information* Input into the monthly business performance pack* Work with non-finance managers to drive the budgeting process* Financial support for central projects and initiatives, including the production and circulation of accurate MI* Contributing to ad hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function What we’re looking for * Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)* Attention to detail* Experience working in a cross-functional environment* Highly confidential, expected to only share commercial information with appropriate stakeholders* Experience working with Excel advanced, Word, Powerpoint (Essential)* Experience working with Adaptive insights and Microsoft BI(Desirable)* Ability to work to tight deadlines* Strong commercial acumen, willing and able to challenge accepted practices and processes* Outstanding track record in influencing decision making within a business and improving performance with substantial positive profit impact* Substantial analytical skills able to understand complex performance issues and advise and able to prioritise action plans to resolve* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for managing senior level relationships and difficult performance management conversations What we offer you At Rodericks Dental Partners, we know that looking after our people helps us deliver the very best for our patients.
