Job summary

NCR Atleos, a global finance solutions leader, seeks a Finance Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis to drive budgeting, forecasting, and detailed financial insights. You will lead a team, partner with senior leadership, and shape reporting frameworks across the finance function.

The role requires 7–10 years of FP&A experience, advanced Excel and modelling skills, and professional accounting qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience in FP&A or related finance role.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team.
• Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Lead analysis of operating expenses, including labor and headcount forecasting.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver actionable financial insights.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and reporting systems.
