Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our global finance team in Dundee on a hybrid basis. You will drive planning, forecasting, and financial modelling to support strategic decisions and improve performance.

The role requires 7–10 years in FP&A, strong leadership, and advanced Excel with professional accounting qualifications. You will partner with senior leaders to communicate clear financial insights and manage key reporting processes.

Qualifications

7–10 years of FP&A or related finance experience.
Proven experience leading and developing a team.
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy and ownership.
Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to present financial information to senior management.
Strong business partnering capability and stakeholder management.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling; experience with planning tools/systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
Oversee Operating expenses analysis including labor/headcount forecasting.
Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
Partner with senior leadership to deliver clear financial insights.
Develop and maintain robust financial models and reporting frameworks.
Monitor performance against budget and forecast; identify risks and opportunities.
Drive FP&A process improvements, systems, and reporting.
Lead and develop FP&A team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting deliverables.
