Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, strategic finance and/or finance transformation.
• Experience operating within a complex or multi-divisional organisation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with divisional leaders to drive financial and operational performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly divisional performance reporting.
• Develop financial models to support commercial decision-making.
• Support executive and board-level financial materials.
• Drive finance transformation and data quality improvements.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
