ITAC Solutions is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst for an onsite role in Birmingham, AL. The candidate will transform complex financial data into insights that drive profitability, staffing decisions, and strategic growth across multiple offices.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and KPI analysis, leveraging advanced Excel modeling and BI tools like Power BI/Tableau. CPA/CMA certification is required and ERP experience is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills with pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• CPA or CMA certification required.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI/reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across multiple offices.
• Develop forecasts for revenue, utilization, project profitability, and cash flow.
• Prepare management reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis for leadership.
• Perform variance analysis and identify opportunities for corrective action.
• Build financial models supporting pricing, staffing, headcount, and resource decisions.
• Develop long-range financial plans supporting growth and expansion initiatives.
• Enhance financial models and reporting processes.
