Job Description

  • Deliver insights on key project performance to leadership teams in Product, Customer, or Channels.
  • Work with leadership teams to challenge and influence strategic projects.
  • Manage forecasts and project outcomes, ensuring they align with broader business goals.
  • Provide financial expertise to challenge business initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate potential issues.
  • Support decision-making processes to close performance gaps and drive value.
  • Lead performance review meetings, collaborating with business and global support function teams.
  • Review, adjust, and communicate strategic and operational plans to relevant teams.
  • Promote initiatives that drive efficiency and foster a cost-conscious culture.
  • Oversee monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and providing insightful commentary.
  • Coordinate the annual strategic planning and budgeting processes.
  • Support the Finance Director and senior leaders with ad-hoc projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Maximize the potential of global support functions and contribute to their development.

The Successful Applicant

    • Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
    • Solution orientated with pragmatic and colobaorative approuch
    • Proven experience driving strategic priorities in large, fast-paced organizations.
    • Experience collaborating with senior colleagues across functions.
    • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Experience in planning and budgeting.
    • Retail industry experience is preferred, particularly in Property, Technology, or Marketing.
