Behavox, a London-based cloud-native AI company, seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to own global financial planning and analysis for a fast-growing business generating over $50M in revenue with a trajectory to $200M.

You will establish planning calendars, forecast methods, and management reporting across multi-currency entities, partnering with Sales, RevOps and People to translate plans into controlled outputs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with driver-based forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
• Ability to translate pipeline, headcount and revenue data into forecasts.
• Proven ability to lead budgeting cycles and present investor-ready results.

• Lead FP&A team and scalable operating model.
• Own budgeting and re-forecast cadence end-to-end.
• Build and validate financial models, scenarios and acquisitions impact.
• Drive management, board and investor reporting with clear drivers.
• Champion automation and AI-enabled planning workflows.
