Job summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking a qualified FP&A professional to partner with Global Finance, delivering insightful analysis across Commercial and R&D. You will turn month-end numbers into clear drivers, manage forecasts and budgets, and standardise KPI reporting across markets.

The role requires strong knowledge of P&L, variance analysis, headcount and labour cost modelling, with hybrid work options in Maidenhead or Liverpool and international postings.

Qualifications

• Substantial FP&A experience in a multi-market business with month-end, forecasting and budgeting.
• Proven track record of preparing P&L and variance commentary for senior audiences.
• Experience with headcount and labour cost analysis, incl. predictive modelling.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and intra-group pricing.
• Experience driving process standardisation or automation across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Global FP&A across the Commercial cycle, from month-end to forecast and budget.
• Contribute to bringing R&D reporting into the Seqirus FP&A team.
• Coordinate forecast and budget cycles for markets and functions: timelines, data validation, materials.
• Implement standardised KPI reporting across all markets, aligned with R&D.
• Track risks and opportunities through the season with formal reporting during planning cycles.
• Analyse headcount and people cost across regions and levels, including vacancy and seasonal workforce.
• Lead finished goods inventory processes at planning and month end, including pricing impact.
• One direct report (Analyst, FP&A) within the team.
