What your role is

As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you will oversee month-end close processes for EUAU, ensuring accurate financial statements and clear communication with management.

You will partner with marketing to monitor and forecast central consumer spend, conducting variance analysis to hold teams accountable.

You will lead the annual budgeting process, clarifying requirements and timings for finance teams, and collaborate with the global admin team to understand budget changes, working with local budget owners to ensure clarity on spend versus budget.

Establish and maintain strong partnerships across finance teams to promote teamwork and organizational alignment, sharing best practices. Support the FP&A teams with forecasting, owning process integrity and controls, and providing monthly analytics to leadership.

What you will bring to the team

Ideally, you are part-qualified or working towards your qualification with proven experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably in FP&A within a multinational or FMCG company.

You possess strong communication and presentation skills (oral, written, and formal), capable of developing effective partnerships across management levels. Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and accountable for results.

You can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in advanced Excel and accounting platforms. You demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking with high accuracy and attention to detail.
