Job summary

Veracious Talent Partners is recruiting a Senior FP&A Analyst for a Northampton-based role with hybrid working (3 days onsite / 2 days from home). You will own budgeting and forecasting, partner with multiple departments, and drive automation to reduce manual processes.

The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and a clear voice in strategic decisions. You’ll be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with strong FP&A experience and a proven track record in budgeting,

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with solid FP&A experience and a track record of independently managing budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Proven experience of process improvement or automation, with ability to explain changes and impact.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, plus ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting, coordinating inputs and challenging assumptions.
• Own monthly and quarterly reporting, analysis and forecasting around headcount and overheads.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support planning and initiatives.
• Improve planning and reporting processes, reducing manual activity through automation.
• Present clear, commercially relevant insights to senior stakeholders.
• Deliver deeper analysis to investigate performance drivers and risks.
