Job Title:Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis, Distributors

FLSA Status:Exempt

Position Overview:

Part of Finance, International FP&A team manages the budgeting, forecasting and analytical processes for 25 countries across Europe, Middle East (EMEA), Canada and Australia.

Our team’s mission is to collaborate with stakeholders to drive favorable business and financial outcomes, leading with our shared values of teamwork, excellence and integrity while supporting the vision of improving the lives of people with diabetes.

Reporting to Director, Intl, Commercial FP&A, you will be the Business Partnering lead for our existing Distributor markets. You will work closely with country heads and relevant functions to help drive successful launches and maintain high performance of Omnipod 5 and other future products and manage legacy products portfolio and end of life scenarios.

In this role, you will support our different existing markets and drive best practices about launch preparation, resourcing needs, and performance monitoring. You will also be a key partner to Market Access to support an optimal pricing strategy.

You will collaborate closely with the International Consolidation FP&A Manager in order to provide insights for consolidated reporting to the Corporate and International Leadership team. You will also maintain a close relationship with Franchises and their FP&A partners to provide insights on the local International markets.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will consist in, while not being limited to:

  • Assisting with monthly closing process, SOX analyses and commentaries
  • Tracking Revenues, providing monthly updates and variance analyses
  • Monthly updates and Budget management support to Budget owners
  • Building Resources Plans for new business activities and International Expansion
  • Delivering 5-year Strategic Plan for OpEx and Headcount
  • Providing content for monthly Financial, Business and Budget reviews
  • Leading continuous improvement to reporting and forecasting processes
  • Supporting systems implementation and improvements
  • Performing analyses to answerad-hoc requests
  • Experience/Competencies
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or another relevant field
  • Demonstrated working experience, preferably FP&A in a Public company
  • Previous experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus, but not required
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to work with different IT systems
  • Knowledge of Financial planning tools (e.g. Hyperion, Cognos TM1, Planful)
  • Prior use of ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Fluent in English (additional European language is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team-oriented and solid interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Open-minded and solution-seeking
  • Experience with new Financial systems implementation is a plus
