Job summary

Lactalis UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to drive performance through accurate reporting, forecasting and profitability analysis. This hybrid role in Redhill, Surrey combines 2 days from home with office-based collaboration to deliver commercial insights and continuous improvement in reporting tools.

You will lead month-end FP&A activities, partner with stakeholders, and support new product launches with financial scenarios and business cases while managing budgeting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior finance, FP&A or financial analysis role.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and Power Query experience desirable.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• FMCG experience advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end FP&A activities, ensuring accuracy of reporting, forecasting and performance metrics.
• Deliver monthly variance analysis, logistics reporting and customer/product profitability analysis.
• Manage forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Maintain customer pricing data and reporting structures.
• Support subsidiary reporting requirements and liaise with Group Finance on reporting tool enhancements.
• Provide commercial analysis, scenario modelling and financial business cases.
• Support new product launches by assessing financial opportunities and risks.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to support delivery of financial objectives.
• Lead reporting and forecasting system improvements.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior FP&A Analyst to support business performance through accurate reporting, forecasting and profitability analysis. This role plays a key part in delivering financial insight, supporting decision-making and driving continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools.

Redhill, Surrey | Hybrid Working (2 days from home)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end FP&A activities, ensuring accuracy of reporting, forecasting and performance metrics.
• Deliver monthly variance analysis, logistics reporting and customer/product profitability analysis.
