Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Controller, you will play a key role in delivering monthly variance analysis and forecasts for the iEMEA Region, guiding financial decisions through analysis and collaboration with business leaders.

We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our team in our award-winning business in Auchincruive, Ayr. This position is based onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly variance analysis, present findings to senior management, and engage stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Support the FP&A Controller in the monthly forecasting process, including business reviews and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Treasury to ensure accurate revenue, expense, and cash flow forecasts.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support projects and strategic initiatives, preparing reports for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and planning processes.
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate business performance.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects, providing guidance and solutions.
• Maintain accurate financial models with proper version control and audit trails.

About You:

• Qualified, Part-Qualified, or QBE.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with effective communication abilities.
• Experience in process improvements.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment and workload management.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in Operations and Commercial teams.
