Qualified Senior FP&A Analyst - Cost & Revenue Focus

Salary: Up to £70,000 + 10% Bonus

We are supporting a reputable service-led organisation in the Worcestershire area in their search for a Senior FP&A Analyst. Following a recent change in ownership and a renewed focus on market responsiveness and service viability, the business is entering an exciting new phase. This role will be pivotal in shaping the financial future of the organisation.
Sitting between two existing capable FP&A specialists-one focused on cost, the other on revenue-this role has been created to bridge the gap, offering a holistic view across both income and expenditure. You'll work in close partnership with the Head of Finance, supporting strategic decision-making through analysis that evaluates service viability across short- and long-term horizons.
This role is not a traditional management accounting position, but rather one requiring someone with strong commercial awareness, attention to market trends, and the ability to challenge and guide stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
Lead financial planning and analysis across both cost and revenue lines
Deliver scenario modelling and commercial insight to support strategic decisions
Partner with operational and senior stakeholders to evaluate service profitability and sustainability
Work proactively with the Head of Finance to challenge assumptions and inform investment decisions
Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning cycles
Support the business in navigating a changing landscape with newly appointed ownership
Proven experience in a commercial FP&A role with a clear focus on both cost and revenue
Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capabilities
Excellent analytical, modelling, and communication skills - able to distil complex data into actionable insight
Confident, articulate, and proactive in nature, with a strong understanding of service-based businesses
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
Competitive salary up to £70,000
Annual bonus of 10%
Hybrid working model (2-3 days onsite per week in Worcestershire)
