Job summary

Redgate's Foundry invites engineers to join a small cross-functional team focusing on horizon-scanning, ideation, rapid prototyping, and direct customer validation.

You'll work with a Tech Lead plus four to six Software and ML Engineers, across C#, TypeScript, Python, with a varied tech stack spanning desktop, web, API, database, and ML development. This role offers autonomy and the chance to shape early-stage research at Redgate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using AI coding tools.
• Strong software design and coding skills in C#, TypeScript or Python.
• Hands-on experience building agentic systems with LangGraph or MCP.
• Experience designing quick experiments with prototypes and customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Work across horizon-scanning to early-stage research and prototyping.
• Collaborate with customers to validate ideas.
• Balance technical prototypes with customer interviews and teardowns.
• Contribute to multiple experiments in parallel.
