Holt Recruitment Ltd in Swindon is seeking an experienced engineer to move into a dedicated training-focused role, delivering professional technical training to engineers across forklift and MEWP sectors. You'll build on your hands-on expertise while developing as an accredited trainer.

Full support will be provided to gain professional training qualifications, with structured hours Monday to Friday and no weekends.

Qualifications

• Qualified engineer with hands-on experience on forklift trucks and/or powered access equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability.
• Willing to gain professional training qualifications to become an accredited trainer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical training across forklift and MEWP equipment.
• Help engineers develop practical fault-finding skills on equipment.
