Job summary

Control Risks Group in the UK seeks an Associate Director to drive our Forensics strategy, lead investigations, compliance reviews and forensic accounting assignments, and oversee delivery with two to four consultants. You will coach and develop junior colleagues, support business development, and expand client relationships while maintaining high professional standards across UK and overseas engagements.

The role requires ACA/ACCA and proven leadership in forensic services, with a track record

Qualifications

• Significant experience conducting internal investigations and advising on fraud and corruption matters.
• Proven ability to lead engagement teams and deliver high quality work with limited senior oversight.
• Experience building team capacity through coaching and technical development.
• Track record of supporting business development and developing client relationships.
• Attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of internal investigations and related engagements in the UK and overseas, managing teams of two to four or larger workstreams.
• Deliver high quality outcomes largely independently, with senior input on complex parts.
• Maintain firm standards for technical excellence, client service, delivery quality and commercial performance.
• Advise clients on sensitive and complex matters with practical, commercially focused guidance.
• Support implementation of the Forensics strategy and participate in market development.
