Job summary

Senior Support Time & Recovery Worker is a key role within the Forensic Outreach and Liaison Service (FOLS) of Kent and Medway NHS Trust. The post holder will deliver recovery-focused support to individuals with complex mental health needs in the community, promoting independence and social inclusion.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team on risk management, recovery planning and meaningful interventions.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health support for individuals with complex needs.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Competence in documenting and risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support people transitioning from inpatient to community living.
• Engage with clients face-to-face and manage time autonomously.
• Support care planning, risk management and continuity of care.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and contribute to service development.
