• Operate manufacturing processes safely and effectively to achieve outputs and quality.
• Follow EHSQ policies and safe systems of work.
• Take personal and team safety responsibility and report near misses and hazards.
• Record data on batch sheets, production logs and related documents.
• Identify and report machinery or equipment issues impacting safety or quality.
• Lead shift personnel of ten operators and support the production shift manager.
• Prepare and deliver management reports in daily ops meetings.
