Job description

What you’ll be responsible for
  • Process lead on continuous improvement programs such as waste, quality and productivity
  • Leveraging your knowledge of in-house technologies and industry processes to enable the introduction/improvement of products
  • Leading and managing manufacturing trials (concept through to launch)
  • R&D on product reformulations related to process change/optimization, working from development kitchen through to factory trials.
  • Assessment of the product needs of any equipment changes within the factory

What we’re looking for in you
  • At least 5 years previous experience within the food manufacturing industry, ideally in a process role, supported by a sound technical understanding
  • Food or Science related degree
  • Project management skills (in R&D projects)
  • Structured and precise in delivery of work and communication
  • Independent, pro-active, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Leadership and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good organizational & communicative skills.
  • Analytical ability.
