You will drive performance, develop teams, and champion continuous improvement across a fast-paced FMCG site, delivering operational excellence and customer-focused service. A strong emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, and budget management is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations and leading operational teams.
• Strong people management and team development skills.
• A track record of driving operational improvements and delivering measurable results.
• Commercial awareness, with an understanding of manufacturing costs, efficiencies, and profitability.
• Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, hands-on, and results-driven approach.
• Experience within co-packing, contract manufacturing, or FMCG production environments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and manage production targets.
• Develop and coach the operational management team.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Oversee production planning, capacity utilisation, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with engineering to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
• Own operational budgets and deliver against KPIs.
• Champion health & safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
