Job summary

Hawksmoor Air Street is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our senior leadership team. You will work closely with the General Manager to deliver outstanding hospitality, drive commercial results and develop high-performing teams on the restaurant floor.

This hands-on role requires calm leadership, excellent guest focus, and a track record of coaching and mentoring managers and front-of-house staff in a busy dining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant General Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Proven ability to coach and develop managers and front-of-house teams.
• Comfortable driving performance and guest satisfaction in a busy restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading the overall restaurant operation.
• Take ownership of service standards and guest experience.
• Coach and develop managers and front-of-house team members.
• Lead shifts with confidence, setting the tone for professionalism and warmth.
