Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for FMCG products.
  2. Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  3. Manage brand positioning and ensure alignment with company goals.
  4. Plan and execute product launches, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
  5. Collaborate with sales and product development teams to drive revenue growth.
  6. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, ensuring marketing effectiveness.
  7. Work with digital marketing teams to optimize online presence and engagement.
  8. Manage budgets and allocate resources for maximum ROI.
  9. Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and FMCG market trends.
  4. Experience in social media digital marketing, brand management, and trade marketing.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience: Required

Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 yearly
