Senior FM Project Manager - Manchester - Global Facilities Management Organisation
CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager, who will lead the identification, development, and delivery of high-value FM projects, valued between £50,000 - £1 million on a large contract spanning the North West of England. You’ll ensure successful project outcomes are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, contributing to the growth of the contract/project operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step into a senior leadership role, with clear progression towards a Head of Projects position for the right candidate.
Package: Competitive salary between £68,000 - £75,000 per annum (depending on experience), Car allowance of £5,000 per annum, Core hours Monday - Friday (40 hours per week), 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Generous workplace pension scheme, Private healthcare & life insurance, Training, development & progression opportunities.
