Job summary

Thorn Baker Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an FM Helpdesk Manager for Walton-on-Thames. The role leads a team of about 10 across helpdesk, fleet management, IT and wider operational support, and reports to senior management.

This is a permanent, full-time office-based position (one day from home) with a salary of £50,000-£55,000. You will own the wider support function, drive service delivery, manage KPIs and SLAs, and develop the team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an FM helpdesk or similar support function.
• Strong background in Facilities Management and maintenance support.
• Proven ability to drive service delivery and meet KPIs/SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of around 10 across multiple support functions.
• Oversee day-to-day FM helpdesk operations and maintenance requests.
• Support engineers and operational teams with information and resources.
• Monitor helpdesk KPIs and SLAs and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate fleet management and IT with wider teams.
