Job summary

Turner & Townsend in London is seeking a Senior or Principal FM Consultant to deliver high-quality advisory services across sectors, supporting client engagements and growing the FM Advisory offering. You will apply best practice in CAFM/IWMS, asset management, and service delivery.

This role involves stakeholder engagement, data-driven analysis, and contributing to bid development while mentoring junior colleagues. Occasional UK travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering FM advisory or consultancy projects.
• Working knowledge of CAFM and IWMS systems.
• Understanding of FM asset management principals (e.g. SFG20, planned maintenance).
• Knowledge of FM operations, contract management, and service delivery models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support successful delivery of FM advisory commissions with high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to multiple engagements using FM best practice and analytical insight.
• Undertake detailed analysis, develop reports, and support client deliverables.
• Assist in workshops, stakeholder engagement activities, and client presentations.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Apply knowledge of CAFM/IWMS systems to deliver practical solutions.
• Support FM design reviews, audits, and operational readiness activities.
• Contribute to data analysis and interpretation to inform recommendations.
• Assist in developing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Support business development activities including research, proposals, and bid preparation.
• Contribute to client propositions and marketing materials.
