Qualifications
- Shipped production mobile apps with end-to-end release cycles.
- Strong architectural decision-making and code-review skills.
- Comfort with AI coding tools when appropriate; own the shipped code.
Responsibilities
- Architect solutions with the team and document definitions.
- Write tested, readable code using appropriate paradigms.
- Unblock teammates, improve codebase maintainability.
- Ensure accessibility is a core consideration.
- Mentor teammates through pairing and code reviews.
