Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking a Flight Simulator Instructor III in the Crawley area to deliver flight and ground training. You will conduct classroom training, simulator sessions, and coaching while ensuring regulatory standards are met.

You will maintain training records, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and pursue instructor qualifications as required, in a 40-hour-per-week role with permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Hold or previously held an ATPL or equivalent qualification.
• Hold or previously held a relevant aircraft type rating with operational experience.
• Proven communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver flight and ground training in accordance with programme requirements.
• Conduct classroom systems training, ground school, and simulator-based training.
• Maintain training records and required documentation accurately.
• Support curriculum updates and courseware improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Scheduling, HR and Regulatory Affairs as needed.
