Job summary

Accord Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Fleet Engineering Manager to oversee engineering operations across Aberhill and St Andrews depots in South Scotland. This senior role focuses on safety, reliability and compliance for a large commercial fleet.

Candidates should have proven fleet maintenance leadership, strong health & safety knowledge, and the ability to develop teams. Salary £62,000 per year plus a company car and bonus; relocation assistance available if required.

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading engineering teams across multiple locations.
• Delivering effective fleet maintenance and engineering support.
• Ensuring high standards of fleet safety, reliability and presentation.
• Managing preventative maintenance and repair programmes.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety.
• Monitoring engineering performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Managing engineering activities within agreed budgets.
• Working closely with senior management and local teams.
• Supporting the continued development of the wider engineering operation.
