We are looking for an innovative, detailed and passionate Senior Flavorist to be part of the EU Savory Category in Sensient Flavors Europe. We offer you a great opportunity to take your career to the next level with us! You will be creating unique solutions for the food industry and will be involved in the formulation side of innovative new technologies. You will take the lead to efficiently and successfully complete projects starting with creative development, through to pilot plant application trials, and finally into the manufacturing department.

What you'll do:

• Develop liquid, spray dry, and long flavors to meet customer guidelines/business needs.
• Work closely with Application teams to deliver winning concepts to our customers.
• Successfully execute Flavor Matching projects.
• Actively participate in the Flavorist Training Program modules.
• Support plant/procurement as part of cross-functional teams.

What you'll bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Food Science/Technology is preferred but not essential.
• Fully trained flavorist, with solid experience in savory and spray dryer knowledge.
• Self-motivation, creativity, and a high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a proven history of success in customer interactions, and in presentations and communications with personnel of diverse technological backgrounds.
