Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in fund operations or portfolio support.
• Strong expertise in fixed income investment markets.
• Experience using Aladdin or Charles River is beneficial.
• Python and SQL experience strongly preferred.
• Holds IMC, CFA or other relevant qualification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary service partner to Portfolio Managers and Traders.
• Monitor portfolio activity and provide insights on liquidity and trading.
• Oversee daily cash flows and execute rebalancing proposals.
• Engage with investment operations teams to resolve issues.
• Coach and mentor team members in technical development.
• Participate in projects for process improvements.
