As support to the department lead, you will:

  • Help shape, plan, implement, and review the fitness offer within your facility.
  • Assist with the launch of the new Epping Leisure Centre.
  • Support, mentor, and manage the team to achieve fitness-related KPIs.
  • Align your focus with the healthy communities and fitness strategy, emphasizing customers, colleagues, retention, technology, commercial aspects, group workouts, and environment.
  • Develop impactful health and wellbeing initiatives targeted at communities experiencing significant health inequalities.

  • Experience working in a gym environment.
