Job summary

ReWork Recruitment Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Fit Out Manager to lead on-site delivery of complex fit-out works within nuclear and defence sectors.

You will coordinate subcontractors and the wider project team to ensure safety, quality and programme adherence, with potential hybrid working arrangements and a base around Reading. Security clearance is a key part of the role; existing SC or DV clearance is attractive, though eligible candidates can progress through the clearance process.

Qualifications

• Strong construction fit-out experience.
• Experience managing projects on site.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and small teams.
• Good understanding of programme, quality and H&S.
• Procore would be useful.
• Nuclear, defence or other highly regulated project experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day responsibility for delivery of fit-out works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and project team to meet safety, quality and programme targets.
