Job summary

The role shapes the organisation's approach to fire safety while working with senior stakeholders, asset management and development teams.

You will oversee the fire risk assessment programme, ensure compliance with fire safety legislation, manage actions and inspections, and lead policy

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in fire safety and significant experience with fire risk assessment, compliance and contractor management.
• Experience advising senior management and translating complex legislation into practical outcomes.
• Social housing or complex property environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities
