Job summary

Arup is seeking senior Fire Engineers to join our UK fire safety team and deliver high-impact projects. You will be part of a 400+ strong network across 20 offices, providing evidence-based fire safety solutions in collaboration with multiple disciplines.

You will lead client engagements, manage project teams and budgets, and advance your Chartered Engineer status where possible in a supportive, hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fire engineering consultancy or similar environment.
• Extensive background in delivering evidence-based fire safety solutions for UK projects.
• Knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and guidance.
• Experienced in leading client and stakeholder meetings, and explaining technically complex fire safety matters.
• Familiar with RIBA Plan of Work or other design frameworks (GRIP).

Responsibilities

• Deliver fire safety engineering services for clients.
• Collaborate with fire safety colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead project teams and manage project finances.
