Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Principal Fire Risk Assessor / Fire Safety Strategy Consultant for a leading North West England fire safety consultancy. The role offers £70,000 to £80,000 pa, a company car or allowance, and a quarterly bonus, with hybrid working options across Cumbria, Lancashire, Manchester and surrounding areas.

You will handle complex and higher risk FRA/Fire Strategy projects, mentor junior assessors, and produce defensible, evidence-based reports.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering fire risk assessments independently.
• Level 4 or 5 qualification (or equivalent competence).
• Experience with complex Residential/Commercial FRA's and defending assessments.

Responsibilities

• Produce defensible evidence-based reports.
• Mentor junior assessors.
